A Clear, Honest Second Opinion

Seeking a second opinion doesn’t mean something is wrong — it means you want clarity.

Many patients come to Manfredi O&P after feeling uncertain about their current prosthetic care. Sometimes the fit isn’t right. Sometimes timelines feel slow. Sometimes communication feels rushed or impersonal. And sometimes people simply want reassurance that they’re on the right path.

We welcome those conversations.

A second opinion at Manfredi O&P is thoughtful, respectful, and pressure-free. Bob or Jean Manfredi take the time to understand your experience, review your current prosthesis or plan, and talk through options clearly and honestly. If everything looks appropriate, we’ll say so. If improvements can be made, we’ll explain why — and how.

For New and Experienced Amputees

Some people seek a second opinion early, before committing to a long-term plan. Others come to us after months or years of care elsewhere. We work with both.

Common reasons patients seek a second opinion include:

  • Discomfort or fit issues

  • Delays in adjustments or delivery

  • Feeling rushed or unheard

  • Changes in goals or activity level

  • Relocation or difficulty accessing care

Every conversation starts with listening.

Manfredi O&P has served the community for generations and remains privately owned and patient-focused. Our recommendations are guided by outcomes and experience — not quotas or corporate pressure.

If you’re questioning your current plan, we’re here to help you understand your options and move forward with confidence.
