A Trusted Prosthetic Partner for Your Patients
Manfredi O&P Affiliates partners with physicians, surgeons, case managers, therapists, and rehabilitation teams to support patients through every phase of limb loss and prosthetic care.
As a privately owned, locally operated practice, our focus is clinical integrity, responsiveness, and long-term patient outcomes — not volume or corporate directives. We value collaboration and work closely with referring professionals to ensure continuity of care, clear communication, and realistic goal-setting.
Who We Work With
We routinely collaborate with:
Orthopedic and vascular surgeons
Physiatrists
Primary care physicians
Case managers and discharge planners
Physical and occupational therapists
Acute rehab and outpatient rehab teams
Our role is to complement your care — not complicate it.
Continuity of Care
We support patients across the full continuum of care, including:
Pre-operative consultation and education
Early post-operative guidance
Initial prosthetic fitting and training
Ongoing adjustments and follow-up
Long-term prosthetic management as goals evolve
Our team understands that prosthetic care is not a single event, but an ongoing process that benefits from coordination across disciplines.
What Sets Manfredi O&P Apart
In-House Fabrication
All prosthetic fabrication is completed in-house at our Eatontown facility. This allows for faster turnaround times, same-week fittings and delivery when possible, and immediate adjustments during patient visits.
Early Patient Engagement
Bob or Jean Manfredi are available to connect with patients and families early in the process — often pre-operatively or shortly after surgery — to help establish expectations, answer questions, and reduce anxiety during a critical transition period.
Ethical, Patient-First Recommendations
Clinical decisions are guided by patient needs and outcomes, not quotas or corporate pressure. If a plan is appropriate, we support it. If adjustments are needed, we communicate clearly and collaboratively.
Consistent Communication
We prioritize responsiveness and maintain open lines of communication with referring providers. Our goal is to ensure everyone involved in the patient’s care is aligned.
