Robert Manfredi
CPO/LPO
Robert C. Manfredi is the Owner of Manfredi O&P Affiliates. He is a Certified Prosthetist and Orthotist, certified by the American Board for Certification in Orthotics and Prosthetics, and licensed by the state of New Jersey. He is a graduate of Northwestern University with a degree in Orthotics and Prosthetics and has worked in the field for over 40 years. He is a member of the New Jersey Chapter of the Academy of Orthotists and Prosthetists and is well known for his use of digital technologies and dedication to comfortable socket design.
What patients often remember most about Bob is not just his experience, but how he makes them feel. He connects quickly and speaks with honesty and clarity, taking time to explain options, answer questions, and guide people through decisions that can feel overwhelming. He has seen the profession evolve across decades, adapted as technology and standards have changed, and stayed at the forefront of that progress while maintaining the same steady focus: outcomes, comfort, and quality of life.
Robert brings a personal level of care to every patient relationship. He treats people with the same attention and respect he gives his own family, and it shows in the trust he earns and the long-term relationships he builds with patients and the clinical teams who refer to him.

Jean Manfredi
LPO
Jean Manfredi, LPO is a New Jersey Licensed Orthotist/Prosthetist at Manfredi O&P Affiliates. Patient care and customer experience are always her top priorities, and she is known for making people feel comfortable, informed, and supported from the very first conversation.
In addition to her clinical work, Jean leads Manfredi O&P’s marketing, patient education, and clinical education programs. She regularly works with patients, families, and therapy teams to strengthen understanding, set clear expectations, and support better long-term outcomes. She also helps develop and run community-facing programs, including adaptive sports initiatives such as Adaptive Golf and Tennis, along with broader community awareness efforts.
What sets Jean apart is her ability to meet people exactly where they are. Whether she is speaking with a long-time patient or a brand new amputee and their family, she brings calm, clarity, and honesty to moments that can feel overwhelming. Her communication style is direct but compassionate, and her guidance helps patients feel confident taking the next step, even when life has changed in an instant.

Daniel Manfredi
Prosthetic Technician
Daniel Manfredi is a prosthetic technician at Manfredi O&P Affiliates and a key part of what makes our work so personal and dependable. He has spent the last decade building and finishing devices with the kind of care you only get from someone who takes pride in every detail. He is the craftsman behind the curtain, helping turn clinical decisions into real-world mobility.
Dan grew up in the business and understands limb loss on a level that cannot be taught. He has faced life-changing challenges firsthand and met them with grit, humility, and steady perseverance. That perspective shows up in the way he carries himself, the way he treats patients, and the quiet confidence he brings to the work.
Known for being hands-on and resourceful, Daniel is the person you want on any project. Whether he is fabricating prostheses, problem-solving a tricky build, or jumping into whatever needs to get done, he shows up with consistency, heart, and high standards.

Kelly White
Administrative Team
Kelly White has been with Manfredi O&P Affiliates for many years and is often the first person patients and families connect with. She’s the voice on the phone and the first face you’ll see when you arrive at our main office in Eatontown. Calm, organized, and consistently kind, Kelly keeps the front office running smoothly, helps coordinate scheduling, and guides people through what to expect next, making the process feel manageable even when someone is calling with a lot on their mind.
Kelly brings a level of empathy that is not rehearsed. She understands that for many people, this is not just an appointment, it is a major life moment. Her steady presence, attention to detail, and genuine care are a big reason why patients feel comfortable here from day one.

John Nicolosi, BSN, RN
John Nicolosi is a Clinical Education Manager at Manfredi O&P Affiliates. As a registered nurse with hospital experience, he brings a practical understanding of clinical environments and a steady, patient-minded presence. He’s naturally empathetic and people feel it. He listens first, follows through, and treats every interaction like it matters, because it does. His high-integrity approach is obvious the minute you meet him.
John is passionate about health and fitness and takes a disciplined approach to staying active. He enjoys the process, training, recovery, routines, and the mindset behind long-term progress. He’s also someone who genuinely enjoys meeting people and building real connections, whether that’s in a professional setting or outside of it.
Outside of work, John spends as much time outdoors as possible. He especially enjoys being on the water and will take any excuse to jump on the boat and throw some fishing lines in the water. If you’re a boater or a true water person, mention it to John. You’ll likely have quite a bit to discuss!

Janice M. Woerner MS,OTR/L
Janice M. Woerner is a certified Occupational Therapist, clinical educator, and patient advocate serving as a Clinical Education Manager at Manfredi O&P Affiliates. With a patient-outcomes-first approach, she helps referral partners and care teams understand how to set amputee patients up for success through early education, clear next steps, and coordinated support across the full recovery journey.
Janice is a mother, musician, author, and 2-time breast cancer survivor. She holds a BA in Music and Art History, a BS in Health Science, and an MS in Occupational Therapy. Occupational Therapists are trained to help people assess their assets and deficits in order to set achievable goals that improve quality of life, and Janice brings that lens into every conversation with patients, families, and clinical teams.
Janice is also a 200-hour yoga instructor and teaches balance training and fall prevention workshops at local senior centers and independent living facilities. In her free time, she enjoys playing and watching sports, spending time with her daughter and dog, Swyper, and speaking at events as a clinical educator and patient advocate.

Alija Vargas Jackson
Assistant Prosthetic Technician
Alija joined Manfredi O&P in November 2025 as an Assistant Technician. Born and raised in Long Branch, New Jersey, Alija brings a strong local connection and a thoughtful, hands-on approach to his work in the lab.He plays a key role in supporting prosthetic fabrication and daily shop operations, contributing to the quality and precision that define patient care at Manfredi O&P. Alija is known for his positive attitude, attention to detail, and eagerness to learn.
Outside of work, Alija is a devoted husband and is excited to welcome a new baby to his growing family. He has a love for animals—especially dogs—and a passion for culinary arts. When he’s not in the shop, you’ll likely find him perfecting Southern soul food recipes!

Clinical Education Manager
Erica Kurc serves as a Clinical Education Manager at Manfredi Orthotics & Prosthetics, where her extensive background as a Physical Therapist enhances her role in advancing clinical education. Erica is passionate about empowering patients through innovative therapeutic approaches and is committed to the continual improvement of care standards within the clinic. When not at work, she enjoys unwinding with her family and engaging in outdoor activities. Erica's dedication to her profession and her personal life reflects the core values of Manfredi O&P, making her a vital member of our team.

Katy Schultz, serving as a Clinical Education Manager at Manfredi Orthotics & Prosthetics, brings extensive experience and a passion for physical therapy to her role. Outside of Manfredi O&P, Katy loves spending time with her family. Her commitment to both professional growth and personal well-being highlights her integral role at Manfredi O&P.

Nick Denroche is an ABC licensed and certified prosthetist with over a decade of experience in the field. He has been an integral part of the Manfredi O&P Affiliates team for many years, providing compassionate and expert care to patients. Outside of work, Nick enjoys spending time with his family and exploring the great outdoors.

Richard "Rick" Cuccinello
CP / LPO
Rick is an ABC Certified Prosthetist and is licensed by the State of NJ in both Orthotics and Prosthetics. He has 34 years of combined technical and clinical experience. When not at work he can usually be found on a golf course!
